Are you a doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist? If your patients are elderly individuals, they require care tailored to their conditions. However, in outpatient settings, it’s often challenging to objectively determine the level of patient frailty and thus the appropriate diagnosis. The Zulfiqar Frailty Scale allows you to evaluate frailty with just a few clicks on a mobile application, and to identify key geriatric syndromes in seconds. Whether you’re in a hospital, outpatient clinic, or on the field, the ZFS scale will enable you to monitor your patients’ progress based on their condition.
The ZFS mobile application is available in 9 languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Urdu, and Chinese.
